Who We Are
Initially, the dream began over dinner with a colleague who wanted to start a mobile DOT clinic.
Inspired, Don began to research mobile DOT clinics. First, he found that these clinics do exist. Next, Don purchased an old trailer and converted it to a medical office. Finally, Anywhere DOT Exams was officially launched at the St. Ignace Truck Show in September 2019.

We excel in efficiency. To start with, drivers fill out their long form ahead of time through a secured portal. Next, when we pull up to truck terminals we are ready to see drivers within 5 minutes. After this, we operate two exam rooms and drivers will be back on the road in 15 minutes. Finally, this translates into tremendous savings for drivers and companies.

Indeed, our mobile clinic has been designed specifically for drivers in mind. Actually, drivers will feel comfortable in our spacious, private, and modern exam suites inside our RV.

Where are you located?
We service all of Michigan and drive to your location. This includes truck terminals, small businesses and even curbside at your home.
How much do you charge?
Our fees for DOT physicals are competitively priced at $105. This is an averaged price for Michigan. Locally, some drivers may be able to get a DOT physical at less cost, but drivers prefer having us drive to their location, decreased down time, and less exposure to illnesses in a typical waiting room.
When are you available?
We operate 6 days a week and schedule appointments grouped by location. We drive specific routes during the month provide coverage to all of Michigan. We suggest you schedule your appointment so we can put you on our list.
How can I register my med card with the SoS?
The MI SoS has a link to the “CDL Self and Medical Certification.” All CDL drivers may use this site instead of physically going to the SoS offices.
Can you bill my company for my DOT physical?
We do bill companies for DOT physicals and payment is due in 45 days. We also accept cash, or card for independent drivers. The cost of the physical is $105. For companies requesting DOT drug testing, the cost is $45/test.
Are you certified to perform DOT physicals?
Yes, all of our providers are NRCME certified through the FMCSA. Individual provider’s National Registry numbers are available by request. Don Cui is also certified as a DOT urine drug collector trainer.
