Our RV is fully equipped for DOT physicals and drug screens and includes the visual acuity chart, scale, separate exam room, restroom, area, and a functional stop light for colors.

DOT Physicals
We have performed over 7000 DOT Exams and have 9 years of experience as a certified DOT Medical Examiner.
DOT Drug Screens
We provide Federally Regulated urine drug screens and Don is a certified trainer in urine collections.
Non-DOT Drug Screens
We offer "instant" drug screens for employees not engaged in commercial driving.
Coast Guard Merchant Marine Physical
We are experienced in completing the Merchant Marine Physical for both renewals and entry level Captains.
School Sports Physicals
We are available to for sports physicals. We invite parents to accompany their student athlete during the exam and we do not require students to disrobe.
School Bus Driver Physicals
We currently service many school districts in Northern Lower Michigan and we stand ready to provide on-site DOT physicals to bus drivers.

3bExam software
We use 3bExam software which is specifically designed for DOT physicals. This convenient service allows drivers to fill out their medical history (long form) at their convenience from their cell phone, notebook, or desktop. Companies can also access their private portal and download copies of the medical card and the long form as needed.
